St. Francis of Assisi: “Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; suddenly you are doing the impossible.”

It’s time to set the “impossible” goals for 2018! The greatest universal truth is that we discover the best in us when we place ourselves in the service of others – when we uplift, inspire, and help.

If you want to achieve “impossible” goals, simply pivot (no radical changes required).

1. Uplift every visit. Smile before greeting everyone you meet.

2. Uplift yourself (in unpleasant moments). Be grateful for your blessings.

3. Inspire others. Listen to find others’ genius and be their mirror.

You will replace stress with joy.

The mechanical movement of these simple three steps rewires us to rise to your best selves. We not only improve but also extend lives.

For 2018, choose life.

Happy 2018!
